Lotus Bakeries in Belgium seeks an Inventory Planner Natural Foods to ensure the right levels of raw materials, packaging, and finished products, coordinating with production, suppliers and sales for optimal availability and cost control.

You will manage purchase orders, monitor inventory, and identify risks while helping to optimize replenishment and planning processes using SAP in a fast‑paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field.
• Experience in FMCG or retail planning is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.

Responsabilités

• Manage purchase orders for finished products, raw materials and packaging across plants and suppliers.
• Monitor and analyse inventory levels to ensure availability and service levels.
• Identify supply, capacity and expiry risks and support robust inventory planning processes.
• Collaborate with production, suppliers and supply chain teams to align schedules and material needs.
• Maintain accurate planning data in SAP and monitor replenishment and transport flows.
• Continuously improve replenishment and material planning processes.
