Barry Callebaut Group in Belgium is seeking a Production Planner to develop, monitor, and optimize production and packaging plans. You balance customer demand with capacity, material availability, and inventory while ensuring service levels and efficiency.

You will work with Production, Quality, Technical, Warehouse and Customer Relationship Support teams, coordinate with tolling partners, resolve supply issues, and contribute to monthly closing and continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field and strong analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across departments.
• Experience in manufacturing, preferably FMCG or food industry.
• Knowledge of Dutch and English.

Aufgaben

• Create, maintain, and adjust daily and weekly production schedules based on demand and tolling partner needs.
• Assess feasibility of orders and determine required capacity and resources.
• Monitor progress of production orders and compare planned versus actual volumes.
• Continuously optimize the production plan under real-time conditions.
• Resolve capacity constraints, material shortages, and disruptions.
• Coordinate with Production, QA, Technical, Warehouse and Customer Support.
• Support planning discipline and contribute to monthly closing and continuous improvement.
