Lutosa, a Belgian frozen food producer, seeks an S&OP Manager to lead demand planning and the end-to-end S&OP process across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Production, Planning, and Supply Chain. You will analyze data, develop 24‑month forecasts, and drive improvements to maximize profitability while maintaining high service levels for customers.

Competenze

Master's degree or equivalent by experience.
10+ years S&OP experience with strong demand management expertise.
Excellent Excel and data visualization skills.

Mansioni

Be the referent S&OP process at Lutosa and integrate into McCain's monthly S&OP process.
Drive Demand Steps Review, support Supply Review, and develop 24-month demand forecasts.
Set up continuous improvement of S&OP, focusing on Product Management Review and monetization.
Develop S&OE (Sales & Operations Execution) and organize monthly forecast reviews.
