Lotus Bakeries in Belgium is seeking a Business Controller to act as a trusted partner, delivering data-driven insights to drive profitability, operational excellence, and sustainable growth across our international Biscuits & Bakery operations.

You will analyze performance, collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Operations, drive monthly reporting and budgeting, and support transfer pricing and CAPEX initiatives.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Engineering, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Finance, Business Controlling or a similar analytical role.
• Advanced Excel skills; SAP experience is a strong asset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; ability to build relationships and influence decisions.
• Fluency in English with ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsabilités

• Analyze business performance, identify risks and opportunities, and provide recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Operations to deliver clear analyses that support strategic decisions.
• Drive monthly management reporting and ensure accuracy of financial results, KPIs and insights.
• Contribute to annual budgeting and transfer pricing processes, challenge assumptions and monitor financial impact of investments.
• Evaluate and support strategic initiatives such as CAPEX, new product launches, and cost-saving projects.
• Report directly to the Finance Director Biscuits & Bakery.
