LOTUS BAKERIES BELGIE is seeking an Inventory Planner for Natural Foods to ensure optimal stock levels at the right time. You will collaborate with production, suppliers, and sales to balance availability and costs, driving sustainable supply chain results.

The role focuses on managing orders, monitoring inventories, and enhancing replenishment processes to support a smooth and cost-efficient operation.

Responsabilités

• Create and manage purchase orders for production plants, co-manufacturers, and suppliers per demand planning.
• Monitor and analyse inventory levels to ensure optimal availability and service levels.
• Proactively communicate about supply and expiry risks and contribute to robust inventory management processes.
• Align with internal production and supply chain teams to follow up on production plans and mitigate supply risks.
• Monitor production and transportation flows and ensure accurate data in SAP.
• Continuously improve and automate the replenishment process and optimise planning parameters.
