Edgard & Cooper is seeking a Demand Planner in Belgium (Kortrijk) to transform market signals into a reliable demand plan. You will align Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain to ensure the right products are available in the right quantities for customers.

You will lead forecast improvements, collaborate on the PEAK (S&OP/IBP) cycle, and partner with Sales on promotions and launches while co-leading weekly demand and supply meetings. English and/or Dutch are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting or supply chain planning.
• Experience with an S&OP/IBP cycle, including demand reviews and supply planning.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decisions.
• Experience standardizing processes, setting KPIs and driving continuous improvement.
• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• A proactive problem-solver, able to plan scenarios and assess risks.
• English and/or Dutch language skills.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Turn market signals into a clear demand plan across horizons.
• Improve forecast accuracy and reduce bias.
• Prepare and coordinate monthly demand reviews with Sales in the PEAK cycle.
• Review promotional forecasts with Sales and build realistic plans for campaigns.
• Co-lead weekly demand and supply meetings with the Supply Planner.
• Drive improvements in forecasting methods and reporting.
