TVH Group is seeking a Continuous Improvement Practitioner to work hands-on in our Belgium logistics operations. You will partner with warehouse teams to identify and solve on-floor issues, driving practical improvements in safety, quality, delivery and efficiency.

You bring 3–5 years in logistics or a similar environment, fluent in Dutch and French with English as a plus, and a pragmatic, action-oriented approach to problem-solving.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of logistics or operational experience.
• Very good knowledge of Dutch and French; English is a plus.
• Experience in process improvement or CI methods.
• Hands-on, pragmatic and action-oriented.
• Willing to work on shop floor and solve problems.

Responsabilités

• Be present in logistics operations and work with teams on the floor.
• Help teams identify problems in safety, quality, delivery and efficiency.
• Guide teams in analyzing issues and finding practical solutions.
• Support and follow up improvement actions to ensure daily use.
• Facilitate improvement activities such as shop floor walks and problem-solving sessions.
• Lead a limited number of structured improvement projects end-to-end.
• Collect and use operational data to support improvement decisions.
• Collaborate with logistics engineers, team leaders and support departments.
• Help build a culture where continuous improvement is part of everyday logistics work.
