TVH Group is seeking a Functional Analyst for Order and Inventory Management in Waregem. You will design solutions across OMS and inventory frameworks and translate business needs into actionable configurations with Oracle Fusion and Blue Yonder.

You will bridge business requirements with technical delivery, guide agile squads, and support change management across global teams. Fluency in English is essential, with travel up to 20% for key milestones.

Qualifications

2+ years of functional analysis or business process management experience in supply chain, order management, or logistics.
Understanding of inventory and order fulfillment workflows; experience with Oracle/Blue Yonder is a plus.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical work experience.
Strong Agile communication bridging technical and business teams; fluent in English.

Responsabilités

Design and recommend functional solutions across OMS and inventory frameworks.
Document detailed business and functional specifications for order and stock processes.
Translate business logic into configurations across enterprise applications.
Lead agile squads with the Product Owner; support sprint estimations and delivery.
Drive change adoption and stakeholder communications globally.
