TVH Group is seeking a Business Process Owner for Fulfillment Transfer, Quality & Stock Operations to own end-to-end L1/L2/L3 processes and govern performance. You will lead cross-functional process design, drive improvements, and align with transformation programs to deliver measurable business value.

Key responsibilities include defining strategic direction for L2 processes, driving global harmonization, and ensuring adoption through change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in leading end-to-end process design and transformation initiatives.
• Expertise in process management and design methodologies such as BPMN.
• Experience with change management frameworks (ADKAR) and driving adoption at scale.
• Strong ability to align process design with enterprise strategy and digital transformation.

Responsabilités

• Define and govern the strategic direction and vision for assigned L2 processes.
• Lead the analysis of the current process landscape and design Level 3 (L3) processes within L2 domain.
• Drive global process harmonization with smart localization where needed.
• Deploy change management strategy and define training materials for adoption.
• Define and monitor process KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Represent the process domain in transformation boards and governance forums.
