Job summary

Esko, a Veralto company, seeks an HR Business Partner for Europe based in Ghent, with on-site presence required two days per week. The role partners with leaders to translate business strategy into people plans, strengthens organizational effectiveness, and leads regional HR initiatives across multiple European countries.

You will drive talent management, change management, and succession planning while collaborating with global HR teams to deliver aligned, inclusive HR solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–7 years in an HR Business Partner role in a multinational environment.
• Experience managing employee relations across multiple European countries.
• Fluency in English with proficiency in Dutch or French.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders across R&D, Finance, IT, and other functions to develop people strategies.
• Lead change management, coaching, and effective employee communications.
• Oversee talent management, succession planning, and organizational design.
• Act as HR liaison to the French Works Council and manage statutory obligations.
• Coordinate with Veralto Labor and Employee Relations for compliant outcomes.
• Collaborate with global HR and Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated HR solutions.
• Align European HR practices with global policies and the Global Career Framework.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across talent processes and leadership.
• Utilize Veralto Enterprise System tools to enhance HR processes and efficiency.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends and inform leadership decisions.
