Job summary

Esko, a Veralto company, Ghent-based HR Business Partner Europe, partners with business leaders across R&D, Finance and IT to translate strategy into people plans and drive regional HR initiatives. You will advise on employee relations and organizational change while representing Esko in the French Works Council.

The role is based at Ghent with on-site presence required two days per week. The position requires 5–7 years as an HRBP, fluency in English and Dutch or French, and a business-focused

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration or related field.
• 5–7 years of HRBP experience in multinational settings.
• Experience handling European employee relations and local law.
• Fluency in English and Dutch or French.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders across R&D, VES, Finance and IT to develop and implement people strategies.
• Lead change management frameworks and effective employee communications.
• Lead talent management initiatives including succession planning and organizational design.
• Act as Esko's HR liaison to the French Works Council and manage statutory obligations across Europe.
• Collaborate with Veralto Labor and Employee Relations to ensure compliant, culturally sensitive outcomes.
• Coordinate with global HR teams to deliver integrated Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition and L&D solutions.
• Align European HR practices with global policies and the Veralto Career Framework.
• Champion diversity, equity and inclusion in talent processes and leadership behaviors.
