Lightspeed Commerce is seeking an experienced Strategic SaaS Account Manager in Ghent, Belgium, to manage critical partnerships with enterprise customers in the hospitality sector. In this role, you will drive growth and product adoption while ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

The ideal candidate has substantial experience in account management within a B2B SaaS framework, is data-driven, and possesses excellent relationship management skills. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes and optimize the customer journey.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in Account Management or Strategic Customer Success within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics such as NRR, product adoption, expansion, renewals, and churn.
• Proven ability to engage with multi-level stakeholders and C-level teams.
• Hands-on, data-driven approach with strong ownership.

• Act as the main point of contact for hospitality customers in the Benelux region.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth and retention.
• Increase product usage and ensure growth in Net Revenue Retention.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and success plans.
