Lightspeed is seeking an ambitious Inside Sales - Account Executive to join our hospitality sales team in Ghent. You’ll own the sales process from discovery through close, building relationships and demonstrating Lightspeed’s platform to help hospitality businesses grow.

The role offers an uncapped commission structure and strong earning potential. You’ll prospect, qualify, demonstrate, negotiate, and close deals, while collaborating with marketing and other teams to maximize revenue.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and/or French with good English.
• Experience in sales, tech, and consulting businesses.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.

Responsabilités

• Build deep understanding of the Lightspeed Platform and position solutions to hospitality businesses.
• Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close.
• Establish relationships with prospects as a trusted advisor.
• Lead tailored product demonstrations showing business value.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
• Identify opportunities to expand pipeline with marketing and other teams.
• Understand hospitality industry challenges and stay updated on trends.
