Lightspeed is seeking a Field Account Executive to drive growth in the Brussels hospitality market. You will prospect, demo, and close restaurants, building relationships across the organisation to tailor Lightspeed solutions to each client’s needs.

You’ll travel in the local territory, speaking fluent French and Dutch, and leverage Salesforce to manage activities and forecast opportunities. The role offers uncapped commissions and the chance to shape Lightspeed’s footprint in Belgium.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French and Dutch required.
• Experience in prospecting and closing customers, preferably in hospitality or related field.
• Ability to travel daily within the territory.
• Strong communication, organizational and presentation skills; able to negotiate at all decision-making levels.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial team environment.
• Self-motivated, creative and flexible.
• General technical proficiency with software.

Responsabilités

• Generate lists of prospective restaurants and manage the full sales cycle from outbound outreach to close.
• Conduct product demos and design solutions that meet client needs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery aligns with sales commitments.
• Leverage Salesforce to manage all sales activities and forecasting.
• Understand competitive landscape and position Lightspeed effectively in the market.
