Lightspeed is seeking an ambitious Inside Sales - Account Executive to join the Ghent hospitality sales team. You will own the full sales cycle from discovery to close, building relationships with hospitality owners and positioning Lightspeed solutions to grow their businesses.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch and/ or French, plus a good command of English.
• Experience in sales, tech, and consulting businesses.
• Track record of achieving revenue targets.
• Comfortable owning a sales cycle from discovery through to negotiation and close.
• The resilience to bounce back from rejection and keep moving forward.
• A proactive and curious mindset — always looking to learn and improve.
• Great communication skills and the ability to connect with different types of customers.
• Awareness of how hospitality businesses operate and their challenges.

Responsabilités

• Build a deep understanding of the Lightspeed Platform and confidently position our solutions against hospitality challenges.
• Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through product demonstrations, negotiations, and close.
• Establish strong relationships with prospects by becoming a trusted advisor.
• Lead tailored product demonstrations that show how Lightspeed delivers tangible business value.
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets through pipeline management and engagement.
• Identify opportunities to expand your pipeline and collaborate with marketing, sales development and other teams.
• Become an expert in hospitality technology and industry trends.
