Lightspeed in Ghent is seeking a Senior Account Executive to lead the hospitality sales cycle from discovery to close. You will build relationships with senior decision-makers at premium hospitality brands and position Lightspeed as a strategic technology partner.

We value fluency in Dutch and/or French with strong English, and a proven ability to navigate complex multi-stakeholder sales. You’ll drive growth with tailored demos and account plans in a fast-growing, global team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a B2B sales, Account Executive, Strategic Account, or consultative sales role.
• Strong track record of consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and senior decision-makers.

Responsabilités

• Own the full sales cycle for strategic hospitality accounts, from identification to close.
• Develop and execute account strategies for high-value prospects.
• Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers across organisations.
• Lead discovery conversations to understand operational, commercial and strategic challenges.
• Position Lightspeed as a strategic technology partner to drive transformation and growth.
• Deliver tailored presentations and product demonstrations relevant to each customer.
• Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes and build consensus across departments.
• Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline of strategic opportunities.
• Become a trusted expert in hospitality technology and market trends.
