Lightspeed Commerce, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales - Account Executive to join our hospitality sales team in Ghent. You’ll take ownership of the sales process from discovery through to close, working consultatively to understand client challenges and position the right Lightspeed solution.

You’ll build relationships with hospitality owners, demonstrate the Lightspeed Platform value, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to maximize revenue and growth.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch and/or French plus strong English.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Experience in sales, tech or consulting environments.
• Ability to own a sales cycle from discovery to close.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Understanding hospitality operations and needs.

Responsabilités

• Own the full hospitality sales cycle from discovery to close.
• Build deep understanding of Lightspeed Platform and position it effectively.
• Develop relationships and act as trusted advisor to hospitality clients.
• Lead product demonstrations and commercial discussions.
• Collaborate with marketing, SDR and product to grow pipeline.
• Aim to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
