Wlgroup in Brussels, Belgium, seeks a senior account manager to lead the defence organisation's service portfolio. You will be the primary interface for service discussions, strategic engagement and escalation, with project managers handling operations beneath you.

In this role you own intake, oversee price proposals, report progress to sponsors, and drive timely reviews, invoicing coordination and stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Five years of related experience or equivalent ability.
• Real working knowledge of project and service management.
• Experience in defence or military environments.

Responsabilités

• Own the business intake and oversee price proposals through development.
• Manage and communicate progress to sponsors through the project life cycle.
• Attend regular programme and change reviews and provide status updates.
• Run highlight reporting and ensure timely project closure reports.
• Coordinate with the customer to ensure purchase orders arrive on time.
• Work with finance to issue invoices against agreed terms.
• Maintain sponsor and internal stakeholder relationships and resolve issues before escalations.
• Respond to sponsor and customer requests with timely, accurate routing.
