Xalient Benelux, part of the Xalient Group, seeks an Account Manager Cybersecurity to build trusted advisor relationships with Belgian customers. You will drive opportunities in Digital Identity, Security and Networking while expanding services and strengthening partnerships across key sectors.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Account Managers and Business Development, with a focus on Belgium market dynamics and growth of a cybersecurity-focused portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree; strong IT or cybersecurity interest.
• At least 3 years in complex IT services or technology solutions sales.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French a plus.
• Based in Belgium with good understanding of the Belgian market.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers, focusing on the Belgian public sector, financial services and professional services.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities with Technology Leads, Project Managers and Business Leads.
• Understand customer challenges and translate them into solutions across Digital Identity, Security and Networking.
• Develop customer success plans with short-term objectives and long-term roadmaps.
• Share market insights and opportunities with Marketing, Technology Leads and senior leadership.
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales activities in HubSpot.
• Secure customer references and success stories.
