Job summary

NCC Group is seeking a Senior Client Manager to lead business development in Belgium, focusing on new logo acquisition and strategic client relationships across sectors where cyber security matters most.

You will work with the Fox-IT / NCC Group team across Belgium, the Netherlands and Europe to translate client needs into relevant cyber security services and solutions, with a strong emphasis on growth and value creation.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, sales or account management in tech or cyber security.
• Interest in the Belgian market and enterprise/regulatory clients.
• Comfort with prospecting, outreach and go-to-market support.
• Clear communication with stakeholders; translate needs into proposals.
• Strong listening and relationship-building skills; able to learn from feedback.
• Fluent in English; Dutch and/or French strongly preferred.
• Curious, proactive and able to handle ambiguity in a fast-moving cyber security landscape.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities in Belgium, focusing on critical sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospects, clients and stakeholders.
• Support outreach plans, account plans and business development activities.
• Contribute to sales processes from lead generation to proposal support.
• Stay informed on cyber security trends, procurement and regulatory developments.
• Track pipeline activity and report market feedback with recommendations.
