DuPont is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager – Life Sciences to drive revenue growth and strengthen partnerships across Life Sciences, acting as a primary commercial interface with customers and internal teams.

You will translate customer needs into opportunities, support from qualification through development and commercial launch, and help position DuPont as a trusted partner in customers' supply chains.

Qualifications

• BS Degree in Engineering or Science with relevant industry background.
• 3–5 years in new business development, engineering, or account management in medical/life sciences.
• Strong problem solving, strategic thinking and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, plus ability to influence stakeholders.
• Willing to travel up to 20% and adapt to a dynamic organization.

• Maintain CRM data and track opportunities; participate in trade shows.
