• Develop and execute commercial strategies and annual operating plans for assigned markets; drive growth and profitability.
• Own commercial performance; lead monthly/quarterly business reviews with KPIs and action plans.
• Lead and optimize distributors, fabricators, dealers, and channel partners with joint business planning.
• Build and coach a high-performing sales organization across multiple countries and cultures; manage talent and development.
• Partner with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to drive cross-functional execution and customer value.
