DuPont is seeking a Specification Sales Leader to drive regional specification growth for Corian® products. You will lead the specification organization, build strategic relationships with architects and designers, and ensure disciplined CRM usage to maximize win rates across key markets.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and a strong track record in technical, industrial or materials sales, with an emphasis on cross-functional collaboration and strategic account management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in technical, industrial, manufacturing or solution-based selling environments.
• Ability to connect technical capabilities to business value and customer outcomes.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, product management, technical service, R&D, supply chain, finance, and customer service.
• Proven track record of identifying, qualifying, and advancing growth opportunities.

Responsabilités

• Own the regional specification opportunity pipeline.
• Drive project identification, qualification, tracking, and prioritization.
• Build strategic relationships with architects, designers, developers, project owners, and influencers.
• Lead specification strategies for strategic accounts and multinational customers.
• Develop engagement plans for key local, regional, and international design firms.
• Represent Corian® at industry events, associations, and specification forums.
