Keystone Solutions is seeking a Senior Change Manager for a consultancy mission at a client site in Belgium. You will establish and implement strategies to facilitate the adoption of significant changes within the organization, ensuring employees understand and can effectively utilize the changes being introduced.

You will develop a comprehensive change management strategy, identify stakeholders, define training, and collaborate with the program manager to assess impacts and mitigation plans.

Formación

• Proven expertise in PROSCI/ADKAR or equivalent change management methodologies.
• Experience guiding digital transformation initiatives in public sector.
• Track record with Belgian public entities and large-scale programs.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy with stakeholders.
• Identify and map impacted stakeholders and craft communication plans.
• Define and manage training programs for employees facing changes.
• Coordinate with program managers and team leads to assess impacts and plan mitigations.
• Monitor progress, measure outcomes, and adjust plans to ensure success.
• Address resistance, foster trust, and promote openness and flexibility.
• Ensure clear, multi-channel communication about changes at all levels.
• Track stakeholder satisfaction and use feedback to improve initiatives.
• Stay updated on best practices and tailor approaches to the client’s maturity.
