Job summary

OVRSEA is expanding in Belgium and seeks a driven Business Developer to kick‑start client acquisition across industries such as cosmetics, luxury, pharma, and manufacturing. You will engage senior decision‑makers, drive demos, and build a thriving pipeline in a fast‑growing logistics tech environment.

You will own multi‑channel outreach, partner with Account Executives, and continuously refine your freight forwarding knowledge to meet monthly targets and grow within the organization.

Qualifications

• Dutch/Flemish speaking required; fluent in English; French is a plus.
• 1–3 years in a BDR/SDR or inside sales role, ideally in logistics, SaaS, or B2B services.
• Willingness to learn about global trade, supply chains, and logistics tech.
• Strong written and oral communication; proven self-sourcing of pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Identify relevant prospects (20%) across target industries and prioritize accounts with high potential.
• Contact prospects to secure appointments via multi-channel outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn).
• Collaborate with Account Executives to hand off qualified opportunities and drive the sales cycle.
