Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch is required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with clients.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with defined deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and rigor in monitoring accounts.
• Proactive; able to take initiative and solve problems.
• Genuine interest in transportation and different freight modes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transportation operations across air, sea, road and rail for imports/exports.
• Plan and price international transport; improve quotation-to-invoice workflow.
• Manage customer invoicing and explain differences between quotes and billing.
• Develop, structure, and execute partnerships with local Belgian partners; build market knowledge and operational strategy for the new market.
