Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to ensure readiness for clinical packaging and supply activities. You will establish and maintain SAP master data, process orders, and coordinate shipments across internal and external sites in a regulated life-sciences environment.

Responsibilities include creating material codes, maintaining master data, coordinating deliveries to depots and clinical sites, and supporting GMP and data integrity practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a relevant discipline or experience in supply chain, logistics, operations or regulated life-sciences.
• GMP, Good Documentation Practices and data integrity knowledge.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and operational follow-up skills.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities and communicate risks in an international environment.
• High accuracy and ownership in managing master data and controlled documentation.
• Proficiency in English; Dutch an asset for local collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Plan and manage supply chain activities for clinical packaging and supply.
• Create and maintain SAP master data and transactional data.
• Manage sales/purchases in SAP for packaging campaigns.
• Coordinate distribution, inbound and inventory processes across sites.
• Support vendor management, regulatory collaborations and CMOs.
• Ensure accuracy of master data, documentation and timing for shipments.
