Applicants should have a BA/BS and 6+ years in supplier management or operational reporting, with advanced Excel and BI tool experience, and strong cross-functional communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Excel and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) and data reporting.
• Experience building dashboards, governance, and standardizing processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management in a cross-functional environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead workforce, headcount, contractor, vacancy, and time-reporting analyses.
• Reconcile workforce data across systems and improve data quality.
• Develop monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc workforce reports, dashboards, and trend analyses.
• Build and execute the workforce supplier optimization strategy.
• Assess supplier performance and opportunities for consolidation and cost efficiency.
• Establish governance, metrics, and roadmap for supplier optimization initiatives.
• Partner with Finance, Procurement, Capacity Management, and business leaders to align workforce assumptions and reporting.
• Determine Contract Management strategy & process.
