Keystone Solutions is seeking an Agile Transformation Coach for a client-site engagement in Belgium. You will lead Agile maturity assessments, strategy, and operating model design to enable IT transformation across the client's organization.

You will mentor the Agile Coaching Team and guide IT management toward autonomous, continuous improvement. Fluency in Dutch or French and English is preferred; on-site consultancy with diverse projects.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Agile & Lean within complex IT environments.
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking to translate change into actionable steps.
• Experience guiding transformations across large organizations.

Responsabilités

• Conduct Agile maturity assessments and organizational analysis.
• Define transformation strategy and roadmap with stakeholders.
• Design future operating model and governance structures.
• Define IT KPIs, metrics, and success criteria.
• Coach and mentor the Agile Coaching Team.
• Advise IT leadership on Agile leadership and autonomy.
