Job summary

Quento Technologies S.A., the ICT arm of the Qualco Group, seeks an experienced Account Manager to lead strategic relationships with key clients across Europe.

You will manage proposals, renewals, and opportunities, collaborate with delivery and technical teams, and ensure governance and compliance.

Fluency in English and Greek is required; hybrid work in Belgium; attractive remuneration and international exposure.

Qualifications

• University degree in business, IT, or engineering.
• More than 5 years in Account Management, Customer Success, or IT services.
• Proven experience managing strategic accounts and growing client relationships.
• Experience in consulting, digital transformation, IT services, outsourcing, or professional services.
• Strong commercial acumen with contract management and negotiations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with public sector or EU institutions is a plus.
• Fluent in Greek and English.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop strategic customer relationships as primary contact.
• Drive satisfaction, account growth, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and engagements.
• Lead proposals, RFP responses, and service offerings with delivery teams.
• Coordinate governance activities and executive meetings.
• Ensure alignment of contractual commitments with business objectives.
