Quento Technologies, the ICT arm of Qualco Group, is seeking a Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead complex security projects in Brussels. You will define strategies, manage scope and deliverables, oversee risk, budgets, and stakeholder communications, and mentor teams.

Fluency in English is required; French is a plus. This full-time role offers a dynamic, multicultural environment and opportunities for professional growth.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, engineering, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing information systems development projects.
• PM certification (CAPM, PM², PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent).
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and SDLC.
• Experience with risk, governance, reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile or iterative delivery.
• Fluency in English (C1); French knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Define project strategies, scope, deliverables, and plans aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and monitor project activities and review deliverables for cybersecurity actions.
• Prepare project plans, quality plans, status reports, and stakeholder updates.
• Perform risk, issue, quality, and change management with corrective actions.
• Estimate and manage costs, timelines, resources, and dependencies.
• Monitor performance and enforce deviations corrective actions.
• Organize working groups and meetings, ensuring effective communication and follow-up.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members.
• Coordinate cybersecurity initiatives and action plans with stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies and regulatory requirements.
