LandmarkGlobal, part of Bnode, seeks a Service Account Manager to oversee an international customer portfolio and drive long-term value. You will build strong relationships, proactively identify risks, and work with Operations, IT, and Finance to ensure promise-fulfillment across Europe.

Fluent Dutch plus English or French is required; 3+ years in a commercial, customer-facing role is preferred. Hybrid/office in Belgium or Netherlands with a performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent through experience.
• 3+ years in commercial/customer-facing roles.
• Fluent in Dutch and English or French; multilingual a plus.

Responsabilités

• Be the primary contact for a portfolio of international customers and build long-term relationships.
• Drive customer retention by identifying risks and opportunities and addressing issues early.
• Monitor KPIs, lead QBRs, and collaborate with Ops, IT, Finance to deliver solutions.
• Translate customer needs into tangible improvements and value.
• Maintain an overview of performance, issues, and commercial opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery.
