Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in Belgium seeks an Assistant Manager to drive sales and oversee daily store operations for Hollister brands. You’ll lead staffing, training, and visual merchandising while ensuring top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or 1 year of supervisory experience, plus CEFR B2 level English and Dutch, strong communication skills, and a passion for fashion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• CEFR B2 fluency in English & Dutch.
• Maintain a strong customer focus and knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; team building and coaching.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Open and close routines and supervise daily store operations.
• Supervise salesfloor and stockroom to ensure excellent customer service and smooth operations.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and payroll responsibilities.
• Train and develop non-management staff to boost capability.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and drive sales through visual merchandising.
• Analyze reporting to inform business decisions and protect store assets.
• Operate POS systems and fulfill Omni Channel orders.
