Job summary

You’ll drive sales through strong customer service, oversee daily operations, and lead floorset updates and product knowledge to elevate the brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• CEFR B2 proficiency in English and Dutch.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Supervise salesfloor and stockroom for excellent service and seamless operations.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and payroll management.
• Train and develop non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reports to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and conduct inventory control.
• Operate POS systems and fulfill Omni Channel orders.
