Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager in a dynamic retail environment. You will blend strategy, operations, creativity, and people leadership to drive sales and deliver best-in-class service.

You’ll oversee daily store operations, manage staffing, train non-management staff, and lead floorset updates with solid product knowledge. Growth from within is encouraged as you contribute to our evolving store leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• CEFR B2 Fluency in English & Dutch, required.
• Maintain a strong customer focus.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Drive to achieve results and exhibit a strong work ethic.
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values.
