Job summary

COS in Belgium seeks a Floor Manager to lead a team and elevate the in-store experience. You will coach Sales Advisors, optimise service standards, analyse sales data, and ensure store operations reflect COS values on the shop floor.

You’ll manage recruitment and training, and be ready to serve as Store Manager when needed, delivering personal customer journeys across evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of store operations & standards from previous experience working in retail.
• Customer-focused: prioritise customer needs and deliver great service.
• Product passion: genuine interest in COS products and enthusiasm in sharing it with customers.
• Eager to learn: open to feedback and development.
• Excellent communication: clear, confident, empathetic interactions with customers and team.
• Adaptability & flexibility: respond to changing priorities and requests.
• Comfortable with varied hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• English fluent; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-level customer service through styling advice and product knowledge.
• Analyse sales data and collaborate with Store/Concession Manager to maximise department performance.
• Lead and motivate a team of Sales Advisors to achieve service and presentation standards.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and training for new team members.
• Identify and nurture future talent and contribute to development plans for the team.
• Oversee daily store operations and ensure alignment with brand standards.
• Act as a brand ambassador, delivering the best possible customer experience.
• Step into Store Manager role when required to ensure leadership continuity.
