Job summary

ALOHAS is opening its first store in Belgium and seeks a dynamic Store Manager in Antwerp to lead the retail team and deliver a premium customer experience aligned with our sustainability mission. You will own sales, develop talent, and ensure flawless daily operations across in-store and omnichannel activities.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication and a data-driven approach to hitting KPIs, while nurturing client relationships and representing the brand with integrity.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience as Store Manager in premium or fashion retail.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Strategic vision with ability to translate data into actions.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making.
• Proven sales, KPI and customer service excellence.
• Familiarity with CRM and clienteling strategies.
• Passion for product, people and retail innovation.
• Fluent in English and Dutch; French or other languages are a plus.
• Hands-on, agile, responsible and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive sales results, KPIs and store profitability.
• Monitor performance and design action plans to unlock full potential.
• Collaborate with HQ to align on strategy, reporting, and retail priorities.
• Ensure the store reflects ALOHAS’ vision through high standards of operations and service.
• Lead by example on the shop floor, setting clear goals and motivating your team.
