You will assist customers in finding items and provide styling guidance across categories while maintaining a welcoming environment. The role involves replenishment, attractive presentation, and handling purchases, returns, and exchanges, plus supporting in-store pickup and ship-from-store orders; a dynamic team atmosphere

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; Dutch optional but appreciated.
• Customer service mindset with strong communication.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable with good attendance and punctuality.
• Comfort balancing customer engagement with tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Responsabilités

• Provide warm, welcoming, and attentive service to all customers.
• Assist customers in finding what they need and offer styling guidance across categories.
• Support product replenishment and maintain a clean, visually consistent store environment.
• Process purchases, returns, and exchanges accurately at the cash wrap.
• Support omni-channel tasks, including Save the Sale, in-store pick-up, and ship-from-store orders.
