Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Brand Representative to bring the store experience to life in Brussels. You will engage customers, help them find products, and maintain a well-presented store environment, delivering warm, attentive service across departments.

Responsibilities include replenishing stock, keeping the sales floor tidy, processing purchases and returns, and supporting online orders for a seamless omni-channel experience.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; Dutch optional but appreciated.
• Ability to create a welcoming and inclusive customer experience.
• Comfort working in a dynamic environment balancing engagement and operational tasks.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliability and consistent attendance.

Responsabilités

• Customer Experience: Provide warm, welcoming, and attentive service to all customers. Anticipate needs, initiate conversation, and offer product support and styling guidance across categories.
• Sales Floor Maintenance: Support product replenishment and maintain a clean, organized, and visually consistent sales environment.
• Cash Wrap Operations: Process purchases, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently with a friendly checkout experience.
• Online Orders: Support Save the Sale orders, fulfill In-Store Pick-Up, and pack ship-from-store orders.
