This role suits someone who enjoys connecting with customers and helping them find what they need while keeping the store well-presented. You will provide warm, attentive service, assist with product replenishment, omni-channel tasks including in-store pickup, returns, and exchanges,

Qualifications

• Fluent in English – Dutch optional but appreciated.
• Ability to create a welcoming and inclusive customer experience.
• Comfort working in a dynamic environment, balancing customer engagement and operational tasks.

Responsabilités

• Provide warm, welcoming, and attentive service to all customers.
• Support product replenishment and maintain a clean, organized sales environment.
• Process purchases, returns, and exchanges while ensuring a friendly checkout experience.
• Support Save the Sale orders, in-store pick-up, and ship-from-store orders.
