Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking Brand Representatives in Belgium to bring our store experience to life, engaging customers with care and representing the brand authentically. You will help customers find what they need and maintain a welcoming store environment.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, replenishing stock, handling purchases and returns, and supporting omni-channel orders. Fluency in English is required; Dutch is optional but appreciated.

• Comfort working in a dynamic environment balancing customer engagement and operational tasks.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Provide warm, welcoming, and attentive service to customers across categories.
• Support product replenishment and maintain a clean, organized sales environment.
• Process purchases, returns, and exchanges at the cash wrap.
• Support Save the Sale orders and fulfill in-store pick-up and ship-from-store orders.
