Daikin Europe NV is seeking a Business Analyst to join the Spare Parts Planning & Procurement team in Belgium. You will own procurement and planning processes, drive digital transformation, and translate operational needs into data-driven solutions.

The role combines business process ownership with data analytics and tool development. You will develop reporting dashboards (Power BI), define KPIs, and work with IT and cross-functional teams to implement improvements across Europe.

Qualifications

• Master degree or equivalent in a quantitative field.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience with Power BI dashboards and reporting tools preferred.
• Affinities with IT applications and MS Office suite are expected.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of spare parts procurement and planning processes; understand, operate and optimally run them.
• Design and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and customer service levels.
• Support business growth by incorporating new requirements into planning processes and expanding product ranges.
• Collaborate with international stakeholders to align on solutions and drive improvements.
• Contribute to and represent the business in cross-functional IT and digital transformation projects.
• Lead the digitalization and automation of planning and procurement with data-driven tools.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards enabling clear operational insights.
• Define and manage KPIs and reporting frameworks to detect deviations and drive improvements.
• Analyze data to uncover inefficiencies and translate insights into concrete actions.
