SMA Solar Technology AG is seeking a Service Back Office Administrator in Antwerp, Belgium. This role is vital for the administrative operations of the service department, ensuring smooth processing of customer requests and logistical support.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of administrative experience. Skills in MS Office, SAP, and Salesforce are advantageous. The position offers a dynamic and collaborative working environment with an emphasis on customer service and team support.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative role.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with SAP and/or Salesforce is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Process customer orders and prepare quotations.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email and electronic channels.
• Manage and optimize customer data.
• Create and follow up on service tickets.
