SMA Benelux in Mechelen is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer for Home & Business Solutions. You will provide technical support for pre-design quotations and respond to technical questions, strengthening relationships with account managers and customers.

You will also contribute to Solar Academy training and maintain up-to-date product knowledge. The candidate should hold a master’s degree in Electro-technics or industrial engineering, be fluent in Dutch and English, and have a customer-focused,

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in Electro-technics, civil or industrial engineering or similar.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French and/or German a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical support for pre-design quotations in the residential segment.
• Inform customers proactively about product changes and maintain technical contact points.
• Prepare complex quotations and manage technical files in SalesForce.
• Support account managers and customers with technical questions and training in Solar Academy.
