SMA Benelux is seeking a Field Service Engineer LS to maintain, commission, troubleshoot, and repair large-scale solar inverter systems across the Benelux region. You will combine technical expertise with strong customer service to minimize downtime.

In this hands-on role, you will travel frequently, work independently or with a team, and play a key part in delivering reliable renewable energy solutions for our customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electro-Mechanics.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in installation, maintenance, or repair of electrical systems or power electronics.
• Strong knowledge of high-voltage systems, measurement equipment, and safety regulations.
• Understanding of IP networking technology.
• Experience with MS Office and SAP.

Responsabilités

• Commission, inspect, maintain, and repair PV systems and SMA inverter technology.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site.
• Work with both string and central inverter systems.
• Support customers with troubleshooting and service-related inquiries.
• Manage service logistics and spare parts.
• Document activities and technical findings in SAP CRM.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
• Travel throughout the Benelux region to support installations.
