Kuehne+Nagel Liege is seeking a Site Lean Six Sigma Green Belt to design, manage and optimize improvement initiatives across our contract logistics operations, ensuring value and efficiency. You will coach teams, apply DMAIC, and collaborate with operations, supply chain, and leadership to deliver measurable gains that improve the P&L and service levels.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years in operations or fast-paced environments like logistics or retail.
Lean Six Sigma in action with real improvements.
Strong coaching and communication skills with frontline teams and leadership.
Ability to think and act: diagnose problems, test ideas, and deliver results.
Clear English and French or Dutch language skills are a plus.

Responsabilités

Lead Lean Six Sigma Green Belt projects and coach others on DMAIC journeys.
Train and guide teams in Lean techniques and continuous improvement in a relatable way.
Collaborate with operations, supply chain and other functions to deliver improvements.
Build a culture of continuous improvement across site operations.
Balance tactical execution with long-term process redesign and strategic goals.
Support management in adopting Lean thinking and building leadership capabilities.
