Kuehne + Nagel is seeking a Customer Onboarding Project Manager to guide end-to-end onboarding projects across our logistics sites in Belgium. You will coordinate operations, IS, facility & equipment, HR and customer integration, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to customer requirements.

You will typically handle 1–2 projects ranging from 6 months to 2 years, acting as main contact for internal stakeholders and customers and driving governance, risk management and successful go-live

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in logistics, engineering, business or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics and/or project management.
Proven experience managing or supporting complex projects in logistics/operational environments.
Strong stakeholder management and decision-making skills.
Good command of English (Dutch is a plus).
Knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel and project management tools (Monday.com, Asana, Jira, Smartsheet).
Excellent presentation skills.

Responsabilités

Coordinate end-to-end onboarding projects across existing and new facilities.
Create, manage, and monitor detailed project plans with dependencies and critical paths.
Coordinate cross-functional workstreams (operations, HR, IT, facility, customer service).
Act as main contact for customers and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage project risks, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery.
Facilitate project governance and gate reviews with stakeholders.
Support tender processes by contributing to implementation cost calculations.
Ensure compliance with global project management standards and processes.
