Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field.
• 3–5 years in logistics quality assurance or process improvement.
• Experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen; certification preferred.
• Strong data analysis skills with Excel, SQL, Tableau/Power BI.
• Excellent problem-solving and proactive collaboration.
• Excellent communication; ability to influence stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English; Dutch or French a plus.
• Familiarity with WMS and TMS.

Responsabilités

• Identify and prioritize quality improvement opportunities across warehousing, transportation, and delivery.
• Develop quality control procedures, standards, and metrics.
• Lead root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with operations, IT, and customer service to design improvements.
• Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Develop and deliver training on quality procedures and tools.
• Monitor KPIs and report trends; recommend strategic adjustments.
• Stay updated on best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to new logistics services with quality considerations.
