Capgemini Belgium seeks a Senior Lean Transformation Lead to lead multidisciplinary teams driving operational transformation and continuous improvement. You will accelerate accreditations, implement S&OP, and reduce issue resolution times while embedding a problem-solving culture across all sites.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field
• 5+ years leading practical Lean projects in aerospace/automotive/defence or similar industrial environments
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams and complex projects
• Strong analytical and communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels

Responsabilités

• Lead multidisciplinary Lean transformation projects across product, process and org challenges
• Form and guide rapid-response teams to cut issue resolution times by 50%+
• Drive accreditation programs and implement new frameworks (e.g., S&OP)
• Promote quality culture and ensure compliance with standards across sites
