Johnson & Johnson Beerse site seeks an Operational Excellence Manager to drive continuous improvement across the manufacturing site. You will partner with business units to identify opportunities, deploy improvement programs, and lead Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to deliver Right First Time results.

The role requires strong analytical skills, certification in Lean/CI (Green Belt required), and experience in a matrix organization.

Qualifications

• Lean/CI certification recommended; Green Belt required.
• Strong business and financial acumen to translate issues into value creation.
• Project management certification (FPX/PMP) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own OpEx processes, lean leadership, and Culture of Excellence at the site.
• Lead CIP pipelines process and yearly CIP targets; manage site KPI.
• Coach and develop project management and Lean/Six Sigma capabilities.
